My step-father was a customs agent and at one point traded a pair of handcuffs for a pair of LIPS INT cuffs. I was checking them out and just curious of the value, rarity, etc of these handcuffs. The are in an old black plastic type pouch with the zipper, one key and a mini manual written in german I believe. They are very lightweight, and the backside has a lever for double lockign them. LIPS is stamped with a line going all the way around the word. Just below is the word/letters INT and below that is a stamped number that I will assume is a serial number.
