Goncz handcuffs

Can any one tell me about Goncz handcuffs.. when they were made..are they hard to find..are they worth getting??? Any info would be very appreciated. Thanks Abit

Designed by L.J. Goncz, firearms designer.

Have been used by the Los Angeles Sheriff's Dept. (stamped "LASD-CST") + other government agencies & foreign countries.

No longer made-sold.

Took a standard key.

Sale sheets I have are dated mid-1990's.

Vertical key-holes on center of lockcase.

Double-lock button on BOW side of cuffs, thus the key operates in opposite manner than usual.

Were available in many different model variations.

Los Angeles (USA) company based.

I believe Santini bought out the last remaining stock from a Los Angeles retailer several years ago.

Worth collecting - because they were USA-made.

A NICELY-made cuff.
