B.S. Ltd.

I recently bought the cuff shown below. It is a nice British Darby marked B.S. Ltd.
Alex Nichols has a picture of one of these in his book, but I know nothing know else about them.

Does anyone have any information or ideas about these? They look very similar to a standard Hiatt from the early 20th century. But they have none of the regualar markings such as HARD or Warranted Wrought. Only the B.S. Ltd mark and a number.

Dear Joe,

B.S. are the initials of Bazaar Sialkot. LTD, in this instance, stands for "love to dicker".

This has nothing to do with Michael Griffin, whose partnership with Alex Nichols is legendary, as Griffin & Nichols.

Hey Jack, I have the same cuffs, I bought them in malibu, ca
I was told the B.S. stood for Barbara Streisand, was I taken?

RE: the partnership with nichols. I am now recalling any and all Griffin marked handcuffs as there are certain problems with them.
Most notably Stan Willis needs to send his griffin bar cuff to me so that we can rest assured there are no bad griffins out there
