#1I've noticed that the riveted leg irons from Taiwan have been achieving quite high values on eBay. I can recall reading on the forum that as a result of the abolition of the death penalty in Taiwan that these cuffs would become rather rare and valuable (Thats my recollection and my apologies if I've got it wrong.)
I recently found a link to a manufacture who was selling at US$ 2.00 per pair. I've seen them sell for $200.00. Admittedly you did have to buy in bulk. Like a fool i've lost the name of the manufacture however I have found a second company who markets them.
