Does anyone know the origin of the padlocking handcuffs and legirons shown in the picture below? I have one the handcuffs and it ia a very nicely made cuff. I think they are American, but their age and orgin is totally unknown to me. I would say they are rare, but not super rare because I have seen two or three others.
