Santini' Cuffs were created by a local Newspaper ... As he tells. it.
a twin UU shaped shackle then a Steel rod Is passed thru at the
Top & is Locked using 3 Medeco locks.

Michael Lee accepted the Santini "Super Cuff"
challenge,Santini says unacceptable!
Michael accepts again, Santini: unacceptable
Michael accepts a third time,and gives up his
right to see/check/inspect the "Super Cuff",
asking only to see the locks to be used opened
and shut a number of times before his attempt!
Once again Santini backs down!!!
