Are Clejuso certified with NIJ?

I was wondering if Clejuso ever bothered to get their handcuffs certified with the NIJ, or if not, what the problem would be. I understand there's probably no agency in the US actually using Clejusos.

There are no Clejuso products on the NIJ tested and approved list.
