Help Identifying Thumbcuffs

Greetings All,
I bought a pair of thumbcuffs yesterday at an antiques mall and need help identifying them. They are an old pair of swing thru,solid key,single locking cuffs with original key. They look just like Gill Lion Tamers but with absolutely no markings and no serrations either on the bows or cheek plates. I noticed that the Handcuff Notebook illustrates Gill Lion Tamers without serrations. Were some Gills made without them? Also next to the thumbcuffs in the display case was a pair of handcuffs in a holster that they wanted $32.00 for. Turned out to be Spanish made Zephyr Police also marked Stoeger New York. I'm assuming that Stoeger was a police supply house. Are they worth picking up?

Gill Lion Tamers were made with and without the notches on the fixed bows. There will be an extensive article about Gill in Joe Lauhers 2008 Handcuff Annual. I have seen several unmarked thumbcuffs identical to the Lion Tamer, and I think they were copies. Gill seemed to try to mark everything he made.
I think the Zephyr cuff is a decent find at $ 35.00 if in good condition. I show 2 versions on my handcuff CD, and both are marked "Made in Spain". Stoeger still makes firearms and sportsman related items.
