help with shipping handcuffs to sweden

Hi All,
I have recently sold a lot of cuffs on ebay and shipped them all to various places with no problems, however I have sent a parcel to Sweden and it went missing so I made a claim with parcel force. The parcel was then delivered back to me as "undeliverable" in Sweden, yes it had got that far only to be returned. I have posted the parcel for the second time and it still is not at its destination. Does anyone here have any experience with the Swedish postal system? Do they have censorship on handcuffs being posted for instance? I cannot believe it has gone missing twice and the buyer of the goods is obviously upset that he has not recieved his uitems. Hello Marie,

ParcelForce seem to be a little bit incompetent! The very same happened when I should get a parcel from a UK seller some months ago. I paid GPB 23 for shipping to Germany and the seller got it back as "undeliverable". I started a request at ParcelForce but I did not get any satisfying reply.

Hi Gunter, thanks for the info, it does appear that parcel force have a problem when parcels leave the UK, the smaller parcels were all fine and arrived quite safely, but this is a larger parcel and so had to go via parcelforce. They have refunded my shipping costs and as I say I reposted the parcel almost 2 weeks ago, but still it does not seem to have arrived, I am lost as to what is going wrong. However Lars is being very helpful and kind and trying to help me solve the mystery. If the parcel turns up I will let you know!
