The hand cuffs are all forged out and and i think they are pre 1900.the key is real fat and round,and it is a number 8,and i can read on the cuff,it says 8,also. i was hopeing they were worth more than that. w + f + co.thanks,,

The Wells Fargo thing is, has been, and will continue to be one of the greatest rip-offs of all time.

If you paid more than a nominal sum for whatever supposed artifact you have, you got screwed. Oh, and the old thing, "Well, I bought these from someone, who got them from someone else, who got them from a dealer years ago who got them from the grandson of someone's next door neighbor's uncle who was related to the wife of this old man who had a cousin that was held up by Jesse James . . ."

Sorry you got ripped off. Ask for your money back. If your seller won't, then don't try to rip other folks off with your fake.

Or, put it on eBay. Do lots of pictures, give a wonderful story, and there's sure to be some damned idiot fool who will buy the things.

Oh, just a little something I picked up from my grandfather.

Depending upon how you look at it, the truth can be an awful thing. If you fight it or deny it, it will never be on your side.

If you accept it, regardless of how rotten it may be, it will never be your enemy. Perhaps never your friend, but certainly not ever your foe.

Hard to say without photos. But I'll bet a beer against a stale jelly donut, that Justin et al. are right, particularly if you bought them on eBay.

There's good stuff there, I buy a lot of cuffs on eBay, but there's a lot of rip-offs, too.
