Unfortunately I have to get rid of a pair of bean prison cuffs and badge from my meager collection. They are being sold as a set. They belonged to a Marshall Gardner in either Mason City or Hampton Iowa at the turn of the 20th century. The cuffs work great and there is a key. Please email me with your best offer.
