I had a look at the pictures on your site and have a match with the third set.They came from Boggo Road Jail when it closed.They were given to our family from the father of a friend who had worked there.Don't know how old they are .We have two sets and only one key,the key has the number 23 on it,the cuffs are numbered 30 and 21. Deja Vu. I'm sure your French is better than mine, but those Foggatts look familiar. I bought a pair for $100 and found that they had been sliced open at the barrel cap with a hacksaw, one barrel was shortened at the cap end and reattached with brass - I used the swivel for parts. Note that those Froggatts also have one short barrel. Possibly the key didn't reach or they wanted one smaller cuff.
