#1Quick question about some cuffs on the handcuffwarehouse website. Is the silicone lining on the Yuil handcuffs applied by the original manufacturer? Or is this done seperately by someone else?

I happened to be down that way and took a look at the Yuil's with the silicone lining as you call it. They are done at the factory by Yuil and very well done.
