SW M100 marking

Hi to all,

I recently purchased a pair of SW M100 handcuffs, but their marking is different from a pair I have got at home from previous time.

This pair has:

1) SW logo on both keyhole sides
2) left ring (keyholes facing towards you)has on the back side M100 and made in USA, Marcas Registradas, Smith & Wesson, Houlton ME.
3) right ring (keyholes facing towards you)has on the back side serial number 456690 and made in USA, Marcas Registradas, Smith & Wesson, Houlton ME.

My previous pair has:

1)SW logo on one side only
2)the back side with the serial number (312xxx) is plain (except on sn, of course)
3) second back side is identical to the forenamed pair.

Is this forenamed pair rare? According to SN, it seems that this should be newer model than the mine one from my collection. Or which version is easier to get now? More like if I sell this upper pair, will be a problem to buy the same marked pair later in a mint condition, from any shop (DHW, Orchid...)?

The pair with markings on one side only is the newer pair. I was told through an e-mail from smith & wesson that all the new m-100 cuffs have brand/logo markings on one cuff only. I know this because my new m-100 cuffs only had markings on one cuff so I e-mailed them about it.
