Ran across this. Any help in identifying would be most appreciated. So far today, I've found versions that look very similar but haven't found the exact. For example, the thinner pin extension where it goes into the hole. Any help with history and/or value will be most appreciated.

The cuff is known as a "Boer War" handcuff...from around the 1899 South Africa Boer War era. Possibly made by Hiatt in England. May have been used in So. Africa during the Boer War?
Yours looks complete and in good shape...my guess it would fall into the $250+ range. Anyone else?
