It is interesting that we had quite a few standard Tower double lock three link handcuffs sold over the last two weeks.
Here are the prices:
$280, $225, $175, $140, $102, $88, $71. The one that sold at $71 has a key and looks just as nice as the one that sold for $280. There is a moral to this story, but I am not sure what it is.
