Little question. Handcuffs look a lot like the strange hiatt 104 in the picture above the forum. They don't have the same markings though. Only thing these cuffs have is 9 9 WN. The niners are above the WN. Does anyone know about the markings?

The cuffs you describe are called Darby handcuffs. A lot of companies made them and their are a lot of repros as well. To help you more we need to see a picture.

I don't have the cuff so I can't take a pic and i know it's a Darby cuff,
but you don't know what the WN means?

They lettes could mean anything. With a picture, and being able to verify the brand, it might help. They could be tthe maker's name, the buyer's name, the town police department initials, - damnear anything.
