However the Leg Irons have been modified at one time with the chain being shortened to 8 inches and what seems to be Lead Solder was placed over the lock set screw in the case? Two Decent working fixer-upper or useable items for ONE resonable price of $200.00 plus shipping. I accept Pay Pal and will consider shipping overseas for those known reputable persons.
