#5I can help blackcat decifer the mysterious enscription on the cuffs. It says, "Made in Pakistan to sell to suckers on eBay who believe a load of caca like that." Sorry if that isn't exact, my Paki is a little rough, but it's close.

#6Someone went to the trouble of wire wheeling them to remove the fake patina. The patina added at least three bucks to their value!

Contrary to Forum practise, I gave the seller the benefit of the doubt. He has been on eBay for 8 years, during which he has received 2825 positive comments and only 1 negative.
I wrote him, "Hello, These handcuffs are of Middle Eastern, either Pakistan or India, origin. There is no doubt at all about this, regardless of what you were told by the party from whom you acquired them or by anyone else. Cheers, Jack," and he posted it on his listing page.
Unlike the impression frequently found here, not everyone knows everything. This seller honestly admitted that, and good for him.
