thanks LARS :: but no good as the seller is REFUSING to honor my purchase... he has ALREADY refunded my PAYPAL payment calling it an error in his listing... i figured he would do that when i bought the item, but what makes me mad is that he didn't even have the deciency to email me that he made a mistake & lie ( maybe ) & say that he hit the wrong button & that he would sure appreciate it if i would let him negate the sale... i would have reluctuntely, but would have.... joe

Every silver lining has a dark cloud (not the other, popular way around).

On the other hand, $10.00 plus $13.00 shipping saved is $23.00 in the bank, or under the mattress. One day that $23.00 will be worth about $1.25!

Sorry the seller reneged. Maybe he has not heard that what goes around, comes around.

Dear fellow collectors,

don't be too hard with this seller. I recently started an auction and made the same mistake - buy it now for EUR 1.00 (these were exactly my eBay fees 0.25 insertion + 0.75 gallery picture - German eBay is more expensive). Luckily I recognized it in time and could cancel the auction (*). I am sure that the seller here made the same mistake, because he wrote "I AM STARTING THE AUCTION AT A LOW OF $ 9.99", which would not fit to a "buy it now" auction.

Well, I hope you file a Non Performing Seller complaint and give him a neg for non performance.

eBay is still running their bot jihad on non performing sellers, so if he gets 5% less than positive FB and/or NPS in a 90 day period, (according to an arcane and secret formula) the bots are likely to shut down his sales.
