Old Restraints - Ball and Chain

Hi, we've recently moved into a new house and in the cellar found a old ball and chain and 4 shackles that would lock via a bolt or padlock, one of the smaller shackles has broken its hinge. but we dont want them and thought they would be better in a collection or museum?

Are of fairly recent manufacture.

The chains are modern made and they are fixed to the shackles by welding.

Perhaps this was made either as a movie or stage prop or something for the BDSM culture.
