Darby Handcuffs marked "HARI"

I have in my collection a pair of Darby handcuffs. They are marked "HARI" and quite heavy built and no chome plating (just a bit rusty)

I have never seen this marking on any darbies. Maybe somebody in the Forum knows about this marking?

Those Darby handcuffs originally were issued with matching Darby leg irons marked "KRISHNA".

Or so it is rumoured...

My guess is that what you see is a portion of the wors "HARD" a very common marking on many Darby cuffs. The last part of the "D" is simply missing.
