#3The Romo Detective and Romo Detective Special cuffs can be found marked "Made in Spain" and "Made in Japan". This is also true of many other branded cuffs.why if detective romo's were made in spain,do i have a set with japan stamped above the enteranceway to the left hand swingthru ? does any one else?
