Unlocking Clejuso leg irons #8

Can anyone provide instructions on how to unlock double-locked Clejuso leg irons (#8) as are currently on the market?

Turn key counter clockwise and that should unlock the double lock. Continue rotating the key counter clockwise to unlock. That's the way they are supposed to work.

But note that there are two different No.8 keys around: the "old" model didn't have the small pin on the end, the newer keys have it like you can see here on cuffslands picture. If you have a new No.8 leg iron but the old key the key can still open the unlocked irons, but it can't open the double lock!
