I found these handcuffs after the death of my father in January. He was a big collector of militaria but he sold most of his collection several years ago. Through this forum I try to get in contact to Herr Lion in USA. I do not know Mr Lion myself but my father sold several old handcuffs to him some years ago. Does anyone here know Herr Lion and help me to get his email adress?

If I can not get in contact to Herr Lion, I will sell the handcuffs for the best offer.

Whether or not it is April Fools joke or not, the pictures are still rather interesting to say the least. Looking at the keyhole and picturing in my head how it works I would say it is hard to open them since I think you have to push down real hard to compress the spring on a darby. Maybe the poster will enlighten us.

These nice cuffs are unfortunately standard darby handcuffs. Photoshop helped me to add to key holes from the famous Kakola and plug the standard key hole.
