Looks to be an old reproduction as the cut outs for certain areas are not consistant with genuine belts of that construction. I think it was more for show then actual use but who knows.

I don't see any reason why you couldn't wear it on your head if that's what you wanted to do.

Guess you'd have to figure how to get your nose through the diamond cut out though.

Hmmmmm.... Maybe have a piece of metal affixed to back of the belt area, flat spike of sorts and then you have a brank..... the nose could go through the diamond cutout....
