mattatuck and tower swivel model

hi I'm a french armefire collector
a veterant of wwi give me this two handcuff 25 years ago
one is manufactured by the mattatuck mfg c° usa model
with some rust superficially but no crash
the second is a tower double lock swivel model but without mecanism I have some pieces for one hand
may you give me a value for exange or sell for each
may you give me a value for the belt hiatt (see before)
