Roman iron: shackle, manacle, chain

Looking for a short length of Roman iron/bronze chain and a shackle or manacle.
Period: 100 BC - 200 AD

That stuff is rather difficult to find, only being 800+ years old or so.

Not nearly as desirable as a set of Colt handcuffs or the like.

But, let me know, and I might be able to help.

Yes, I would be interested if something were available.

1. A short length of chain, preferably iron rather than bronze.
2. Shackle - complete or partial.

Condition is not really critical.

I'm mildly dubious. They're closed by peining over the end of a stud. That requires a smith to take them off, and tends to ruin the shackle. That's an expensive way to go. My bet is that they are either a mundane part for something or ornamental.

But I won't bet much more than a cup of coffee on that.

As far as Roman iron chain, it's probably as scarce as hens' teeth. As only a moderately expensive item, and utilitarian, that sort of stuff tends to be "lost" in corneres of sheds until it's nothing more than a pile of rust.
