#1a number of years ago, I happened upon a pair of Clejuso marked leg irons. They are marked Fuerzas De Policia De Columbia (Forces of Police of Columbia). Serial # 8730. On one side of the cuff, a picture of a bull is stamped in the metal with the word Toro (bull) by it's side. The metal was plated. The chain between the cuffs are 16 inches. Can anyone give me more info on these? What are they worth? Thanks!
