indentify handcuffs

today I've got 2 pair of handcuffs
one is an RCS 1941 key number 622 number 3 stamped under
1941 broad arrowand number 13 under
I know RCS is not special but mine has A different swivel

second cuff is
what I think russian

I asked Joe to place the pics
hope he will do


any info is welcome
