International orders & P.O.Boxes are proveing to

be REAL HEAD ACHES !! even Customes are

becoming Very difficult to deal with. I have heard of people that have won items

have not received them because of there being confascated to border customs.

This is what they don't tell you on these auction sites.

You list the Securitech Rotary Handcuffs as US made. They were actually made by Steve Santini, in Canada. He can provide the dates he made them.
