Kinda small picture of the Pratts first model Jay..

What you need to do is get a working key and make sure the locks
work properly and then put the Pratt on ebay with some real good
pictures to help get the collectors salivating.

I see that replacement keys can be obtained from the outfit that is handling
the sales of the handcuff annuals.
