it really seems that you & griffin have all the conceit in your families as you both are always trying to toot your own horns. most of us do not care to hear it all the time. if any of us do care then i am sure that those few who do care probably have already checked out 100's of various internet sites dealing with restraints & escapes of all types. if those who have checked out many sites must not have found your stuff interesting enough to report it themselves or they would have.

Indeed, you seem to be one of those amazing people who delights in tearing down others and posting about things you know very little just so you can feel important and have "something" to say.

Pray tell us all about your collection, where it has been displayed, the rare items you have found and/or shared with others, or the knowledge you have imparted regarding historical restraints and related objects.

Oh, and yes, historical torture items are very closely linked to "handcuffs" and other restraints.

In fact, they very much go hand in hand and always have throughout recorded history.

Steve, congrats on the museum gig. The finger/thumb screws are very nice.....I enjoyed seeing them and handling them last time I was up to your house along with the other cool items that was sent to the museum with them (especially the iron "Lector-style" mask). It is good that they are being displayed where so many people can view them and enjoy them.

I think its highly interesting with the exhebition. Thumbscrews certanly are a part of restraints and of the history. Steve has the knowledge, its a pitty its so far away.
