#1Hello all, I am a military badge collector from Australia and amongst a box of badges I recently purchased I found an old set of handcuffs.
Using your forum I think I have identfied them a a set of Hiatt Darby handcuffs. They are marked "Hiatt Best Warranted Wrought". The key and the handcuffs all have the number 135.
Could someone please confirm whether or not they are Hiatt Darby handcuffs from the attached photos.
Does anybody know who would have used these in Australia, I am not sure if they were for military, police or prisons usage.
As they don't fit within my collecting sphere I am willing to sell or trade them if anybody is interested
