S&W mod 90/new-in-box from 1950's

I was given a set of S&W mod 90 cuffs, in original box with oil paper, set of keys attached with o-ring....never used, all in new condition. I was told they were from the 1950's; serial number 026554. Any info on value or significance would be appreciated. Thanks so much!
