#1I have been offered a set of cuffs from a man in Belfast. They are supposedly very old indeed. If anyone knows what they are from this description, please let me know: There is a long bar between the two sides of the cuffs. There is a leader chain from the centre of the long bar also. If the person in the cuffs tries to struggle, the cuffs tighten. The more the person struggles, the more the cuffs tighten. Apparantly this type was banned many years ago, because of the potential for severe pain. Has anyone heard of this type. I am to go and see tham next week, so any guidance or help would be much appreciated. I will be selling these cuffs on again, so if anyone is interested, let me know also.
