While I am not a collector of handcuffs I do gather up lots of interesting things. I just aquired a nipper marked: Mont. roundup nipper and would like to know some history.Was this made in Montana? (I live there) and some indication of value/rarity. Also have an Oregon boot and would like to know what sort of boot this was attached to. Also would like to know approximate value.Thanks Don
