Cyclone handcuffs - their manufacturer

Hi to all,

I am working on a project devoted to rigid handcuffs, their history a development. I would like to get to know, who is (was) the manufacturer of the so called Cyclone handcuffs.

The look like exactly the same as Quik-Kuf handcuffs from the second generation, which are made in UK. They are specific for sliding buttons on the sides of the handle which are designed for fast double locking. Some are marked Cyclone some are without marking.

It seem that Cyclone handcuffs are made by the same company as Quik-Kuf. Has anybody an idea who is their manufacturer?
