What is the inside circumference or diameter? IMX these tend to be small, and only fit people with small necks.

My guess is that it would work with 15 inch necks or smaller.  We have tried to adapt it for larger necks, but have never gotten a good example larger than this.  These are available in the store at www.erestraint.com.

Everyone should remember that putting a cuff like this one around someone's neck is extraordinarily dangerous. In no circumstance should it be used without the double lock engaged. Without the double lock a person could fall and kill themselves very easily.

I would recommend avoiding any sort of ratchet cuff for the neck. Use a fixed size collar.

i've seen your spindly neck, amazingly skinny michael. 15" would be baggy on you.
