Looking for World's Fair picture - Maltby handcuff

I remember seeing a picture of a handcuff manufacturer or Police Supply dealer like S.A. French with a booth at one of the World's Fairs (I think 1904 St. Louis). There is a Policeman or 2 wearing pot helmet in the booth. Anyone have a copy or remember more than I do about it. Maybe it was published in "The Detective". I am looking for information on the 1904 World's Fair Maltby cuff.

That's them. Enough other people got bids in, so I am glad you could'nt bid. Turns out they are from the brother-in-law of a good friend of mine here in Cincinnati. He is a retired police officer and got the cuffs in a bunch of stuff from his deceased father. He has no idea where they came from. They are almost mint. I would like to find more info on the Worlds Fair markings.

Congratulations on the purchase. They look very nice. I have had a pair for a long time (not as nice as yours) and at least one other pair has been sold on eBay. I looked around a few years ago and could not find any info about them.
