HI all,
I thought, Why not advertise in Saginaw, MI for a pair of Wisner handcuffs.
So far, three responses, a "Chief of Police" from Japan, Rankin, and a
Tower Bean. No Wisner's yet. After inquiring about want-ad prices, a
reporter called me and ended up doing an article. I'm still hoping, but
so far no luck on any really rare handcuffs. OH yea, I did pass on the two
Kimballs and four Loreys. haha. If anyone has any information on exactly
where the Wisner's were made, or by what company, we'd love to hear about it.
Since E. Saginaw, MI appears stamped on one bow, I figured it was worth a shot.
