Handcuffs Info Please

Could anyone tell me some information about these handcuffs?

They have written POLICE NATIONALE on them.

I have a pair that I bought from Mike Griffen way back when. They are marked 'Police Marocaine' on the bow arm. would be about ten years or more back that I bought them, and Mike stated they were used as ballast in a cargo ship (I assume he meant a whole pile of them, not just one pair) for some forty years. I will check to see if I still have the newsletter they were sold from to double check.

Could anyone tell me some information about these handcuffs?

"Police Marocaine" look very similar but use a different key and key-hole.

This version, stamp-marked on one of the aluminium cuff casings A3749 and TD, has a 1/4" height X 1/2" diameter cylindrical ring as the centre connecting link. It likely is from the 1940s. I was pleased to acquire it and remain pleased with it. Enjoy yours.

Had to dig mine out of the storage box (I'll make a display case one of these years....) and see that I am mistaken, as mine are different than the first post. Forgot all about the disc!
Still, neat cuffs.

My "POLICE NATIONALE" looks identical to the one of the first post. BTW: unlike the "Police Marocaine" it has one extra link attached to the swivel.
