"La Modified" handcuffing technque

Has anyone heard of a handcuffing technique called the
"LA Modified" .

Yep, sure have, it's one of the cuffing techniques used by the Aurora PD over in California. Take a look at one of their training videos and if you watch carefully in the opening credits you'll see it described as HANDCUFFING "LA Modified".
