I was just wondering if anybody could give me any idea on these cuffs? I have been sorting through & realised I haven't listed these apart from SK-02. I seem to remember seeing them on Stan's disc as "Jiangsu Province Chinese Hevey Duty", but cant seem to find it now. Does anyone (Stan) have any ideas?

This cuff is not on my CD. An almost identical cuff will be on the new version to be released at the 2009 Cannon's Escape Show in October. The one I have is black, and the double lock buttons do not extend. It is model JAHC01 from China. I have no other information on it.

these cuffs you can see them very often on ebay italy
I think they are made for the police of italy????
I buy mine also on ebay italy
they come in A platic bag with A lot of oil in in

So we can say they are of chinese origin & used by the Italian Police!!!

Hi to all,

all those who say they are made in China are right, they are offerd by several Chinese companies, I don´t know who is their manufacturer and who only a dealer.

It is nonsense, that they are used by Italian police, as far as I know from my italian friends who serve as policemen or for Carabinieri, they don´t use these cuffs. They are only imported to Italy in wide amounts for civil market and BDSM activities...

They are very often offered by various shops owned by Chinese in my country too (and Czech Police don´t use them too:)).

I'm sure Josef is right - those cuffs look cheap and nasty and I doubt any self-respecting cop or police force would use them as duty cuffs.
I understand that there are hundreds of factories in China that now make cuffs and it's probably good export business for them - but for many of them I guess it's for the purposes that Josef has indicated.

nasty junk, i can't imagine anyone using these in a proffesional capacity, except perhaps, the oldest proffesion!...
