I picked up a pair of Star Chief of Police cuffs in good working order for $10 last year......$40.00 might be pushing it. =)

I have to say Brian that your suggested price of $125 is totally unrealistic. I can remember the time some years ago when there were overseas manufacturers who marked their (dubious-quality) products with names like "Police", "Official Police" etc presumably in the belief that it would lead those not in-the-know to believe they were buying law enforcement-approved hardware. That wasn't the case of course and most of it was of dubious quality - doubt any of it ever even got submitted for the NIJ test, let alone pass it.
This isn't a very original suggestion of mine now, but your best bet is to offer them on e-bay. Good luck.
