Regarding your question, I guess any normal handcuff would be strong enogh for that... ASP's plastic could take some damage from such an impact, but I assume no cuff was harmed during the making of that clip

The newsperson's accent is a dead give away. The cuffs have to be ADI. The IQ of the bad guys is universal!

I expect any well built cuff to stand to that, I'm just laughing at just how stupid the 2 people are to wrap themselves around a light pole that way...

I belive that footage was shot a few years ago in Indy while I was visiting the lock show and had to leave at the invitation of the local police. Thought I could make my getaway attached to the other fella and well,,,,who the hell put the pole there
