I have dealt with this individual in August of 08. I purchased five sets of cuffs (at one time) which I never received. It took me months to get proof of shipping and then he claimed it was my fault for not asking for insurance. I confirmed that the receipt was real through the German post office. I even spotted an ebay auction of his with the same photo of one of my cuffs which he claimed was a "second chance".

His tactics seem to be delay, delay, delay and then be defensive. He is very, very slow to communicate. (Whether intentional or not, the delayed process went beyond the time limit for a complaint to PayPal.)

He has good feedback and comes up with some very nice items but I would NEVER deal with him again.

Didn't mean to leave my name of the last.

I have dealt with this individual before. I purchased five sets of cuffs (at one time) which I never received. My purchase was not a deal thanks to eBay. This guy sent me an email with photos and prices. I was very surprised when I have received cuffs not requested
I sent the money with IBAN and BIC.
So there is no solution for me to have a refund.
It seems that I am not alone to have problems with this guy.

Has it occurred to anyone since this guy has done it repeatedly and did it across countries borders that you would contact the Deutsche Polizei, Bundeskriminalamt to investigate. If you all files complaints collectively, it will get better results. Just a thought...

I bought a pair of Bean Cobb handcuffs from him on ebay.

He claimed he had shipped them to another buyer by accident and was waiting for their return.

I never got them. I got a refund only after 8 weeks and after filing a dispute.

Hello to everybody or should I say to the victims of Stefan

This is my short story which took some month until it came to an end:

In late summer 2007 he offered a pair of Tower handcuffs on ebay Germany.
First he quoted a longer text on the cuffs in general, taken from atames page.
Then he wrote: The handcuffs offered in this auction are in a very good (!), fully working (!) condition. Only the pin of one side shows a bit (!) of dammage, but this doesnt affect working condition in any way (have a look to the photo). The handcuffs will be sold without the original key.
(The last one means: no key at all.)

Two pics were included, one like this (with a fitting key):

And another one, cuffs half open, but showing the same surfaces without the dammage.

Receiving and opening the package I saw this:

I wrote several mails (the first ones in a really friendly way), but his answer wasnt more than You got exactly what I offered in the auction!

Then I took a lawyer who wrote two letters first to his ebay adress and a second to his shipping adress (they were different) without any reaction.
At last the lawyer send a order for payment (including the lawyers fees) which showed succes. (No reaction on this would have ment involving the court automatically.)
This took about 4 months and ment silence on stefans auctions on ebay for about half a year.
But as I see now, it didnt mean an end of deceit.

In fact yes !I sent him back a model 1970 but He answered me this week-end that he received the cuffs but whithout the original key. It is the reason why he is keeping 53. 53 just for a key it is not very funny

It is not the value of this english model. So I need to have a look to check if I find this key in my stock.

He is ready to refund me all my money but He wants his key.
