Hello, I hope my message isn't too rude and sarcastic, but I believe that your company's resources would be better spent on developing a "time travel machine", one that could be used by us restraint collectors to visit the pre 1900's. That way, we would get the cuffs we truly want.

That Pakistan Enterprises is engaged in the "buy and sell" game but there is no information I can find proving they make any type of handcuffs at all or any other restraints.

No website,... nothing.

Can anyone here offer any further information on them? i.e. past dealings, etc?
