Does anyone have any information on the nipper that was sold yesterday for a very nice price? I'm sure the seller was quite happy (I did not buy it). I have not been able to find any information on this particular nipper and nothing I have seen has this shape.

It is a Phillips nipper. But not just any old one. It matches the patent.
Phillips' nippers are common, but most have a rounded and more stylish form.

Thanks Joe,
I did not think of the Phillips nipper since all I have seen is the curved handle. I guess whoever got it got a very early one, maybe even a prototype since the seller said there were no markings.
