Sounds like normal for this seller. He also refused to respond to certain emails showing interest in cuffs when he asked for it originally and now wants us to buy his stuff or pulls it when the price he hoped for is not met.

I was also watching the manila cuffs and the peerless ones as well It is true this is not good to pull them until the acution is over He has a few other cuffs i wanted but i think i wont bid on any as the 12Ds will be next to be pulled as i am watching those to.
